Peace for life is more important than money and all. In the lack of peace, many unwanted complexions appear in your body which creates a lot of problems for your health and when we talk about cricket, the fitness of both mind and body is very necessary. However, if we see deeply, not just in cricket but in every field of life the fitness of mind and body is needed. Without these things, a person is tagged with any type of undesirable tag. The same happened with Yuvraj Singh, a former heartthrob of cricket who is still known for hitting six sixes in one over.

Recently in an interview, Yuvraj Singh disclosed about one interesting thing about his sleep and piece. In his statement, he related both peace and sleep very well. He said that, when he was playing international and domestic cricket, he was not able to get proper sleep due to any type of tension related to cricket. He was not getting proper peace at that time due to which his sleep was not going well most often. Now, since when he has left the cricket world forever after taking the retirement, he is getting good sleep. We all know that in the last year of 2019 in the month of June, Yuvraj Singh retired from cricket. Before taking that retirement, he completed 14 successful years in cricket.

After one year of taking his retirement from international cricket, he spoke so in a talk. According to bdmcricketindia.in, he said that when he was playing for the country, he was feeling very proud. Now since he has declared his retirement, he is feeling more freedom after that. This is true too as the play he was playing was not normal for any player and it was clearly visible how prepared he was all the time for the opponent team and for this preparedness, the lack of peaceful sleep is very common for anyone and it can be easily understood.

He further said that it’s really true that the moment he declared his retirement was really full of sentiments and he just can’t express that thing fully in words. However, it is true that he is sleeping really very well and feeling more freedom since then. Before he was not able to sleep properly for many years but now, everything is far better for him.

At that time he was feeling that cricket was not helping him much on the mental level. All the time he was thinking about his retirement and he was just holding on to the cricket anyhow. All the time he was questioning himself, should he take the retirement and when will he take the retirement?  He further said that while going fast in life, you never think about what’s going on but when you hold on for a while you see the difference. Now, he says that he does not miss much about playing cricket as before retirement, he has played cricket a lot.
